Product Warranty
Warranty requests are reviewed according to the applicable product warranty. Warranty coverage generally applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not automatically cover issues resulting from:
- Freight damage
- Improper assembly
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Commercial use where not approved
- Modifications
- Unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper cleaning
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
Warranty determination will be made following review of the product, circumstances, and supporting documentation.
To help us review your request efficiently, have your invoice or order number and the product SKU ready, and upload photos of the complete product, close-ups of the issue, the packaging when applicable, the product and carton labels, and the delivery receipt for transportation claims.
